The customer service is amazing Nancy is so helpful every question I had she answered ! I explained my dilemma about needing my hair before Thursday. Keeping in mind I contacted her Sunday night! She made sure I received the hair on time! The hair is super natural and the baby hairs are amazing!!!!! The hair does shed but it's expected with curly hair I wished the front lace area had more space to part but I love it! More pictures later!
